Just wanted to say hello and FORZA on the residence reimbursements, etc. We struggled in much the same way, finally achieving the beautiful blue-jacketed permits through "a payment for office coffee and doughnuts," which on the North Side of Chicago we call a BRIBE. Anyway, Fulbright reimbursed even without receipts -- so hope glimmers...
