Hungry, anyone? Simit are wonderful - somewhat bagel-like, covered with sesame seeds, and sold throughout Turkey from carts like this. Some vendors stack them on boards, which they carry on their head (sans hands), and place on a tripod when you ask for one. Notice the "4 for one lira" sign.
